Four Seasons has an annual community yard and garage sale each Spring. Information about the sale is posted here.

The Sixth Annual Community Yard Sale will be held at Four Seasons on Saturday, May 16, 2009. Items will be displayed at each home as well as at the Four Seasons clubhouse. Ads will be placed in The Rock Hill Herald and the Fort Mill Times before the event, and signs will be displayed on Gold Hill Road.
